Stephanie is excited to share the yoga that has sustained her personal practice for the past 25 years. She has a background in movement having taught Ballet and Modern Dance in addition to Hatha yoga. She has her 200 hour RYT certification and is looking forward to sharing all she loves about the practice: the breath work, the stillness, and being present in the body.

Renee
Renee has never found a movement she didn’t like. A YA 200-ERYT, certified personal trainer, bio- mechanist, and Thai Yoga Bodywork practitioner, endurance runner and obstacle course racer. She believes in the trinity of alignment: structure, strength, and mobility; all of which you can find in any of the classes she teaches. To her the practice of yoga is “sacred, but not serious”, as she encourages curiosity, exploration, and play so that we may find our individual path to the inner peace and physical joy that already exists in our body, mind, and spirit.

Jan
Jan is a 500 hour RYT with 8 years of teaching experience. She lives in Berea with her wiener dog Josie and works as a pharmacist at the local hospital. Jan loves vegan cooking, poetry, hiking, and camping. Her classes focus on core strength, flexibility, and relaxation. She wants all that leave her class to feel more centered in their body and more quiet in their mind.

Lisa Harrison
Lisa recently moved from Portland, Oregon to Berea to immerse herself in her passion for permaculture, homesteading and wildcrafting. After feeling disconnected from her own body for years, Lisa found yoga as a way to unlock stuck trauma, to release tightness in the body and create ways to self-regulate challenging emotions. Lisa is a registered 200 hour yoga teacher and is currently finishing up her 300 hour certificate in Trauma Informed Yoga through the Daya Foundation in Portland. Lisa is also a certified children’s yoga teacher and has taught yoga to students ages 5-18 in public and private schools as well as in-studio. Lisa has spent much of her career as a Waldorf teacher and an outdoor educator. As a teacher, she embodies depth and connection, joy and creativity. She delights in meeting new people and recognizes the potential for growth with every interaction. Lisa is an avid cyclist, hiker and forest bather, and is a mother to two exceptional young adults.
